We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. All online transactions are processed by DUO Conference and Events Ltd, with protection of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and support of Verified by VISA/Master Card secure code. Payment details are encrypted under the SSL protocol and transmitted directly to the relevant bank for payment approval and settlement. The organiser does not collect any credit card information submitted for online payment.

You may need a VISA to come into the UK, depending on your nationality. Information on visitor visas and how to apply for one can be found on the UK Border Agency website. Delegates must be registered and have paid in full for the event before applying for a VISA invitation letter. Invitation letters are available on request during the registration process. Cancellation / Refund Policy

In the event of withdrawal from the course, the following charges will apply:
75% of the total course fee paid will be refunded up to 31 May 2018.
25% of the total course fees paid will be refunded up to 31 July 2018.
After 31 July 2018 no refunds will be paid.
Whilst we make every effort to run courses as advertised, we reserve the right to change the timetable and/or the teaching staff without prior notice and to cancel any courses without liability (in which case there will be a full refund of course fees to delegates).
